Attorney at Harris Bricken
Will works out of Harris Bricken’s Portland office, advising on intellectual property and Cannabis law matters with a focus on complex civil litigation, business law, and general transactional work.
Will graduated with a J.D. and the Environmental and Natural Resources Certificate from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he also won the US National Team Championship in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Following law school, Will worked at an international law firm in Costa Rica, leading one of the firm’s largest litigation cases.
