FAQs

Q. Can I bring product to the show?

Yes, as a vendor at our event, you sure can! Please refer to our vendor packet for specific information. Attendees are asked to refrain from bringing product to the show.

Q. Where can I find vendor information?

You can find vendor information at the top of the Home page under the Vendor Information tab, as well as on our @oregonhempconvention Instagram account. Lastly, you can also find vendor information in our weekly email newsletters in the months leading up to the event.

Q. Can I smoke here?

No on site consumption

Q. What do I need to bring?

As a vendor, it is important to bring any branded merchandise items, packaging, and of course, Hemp and CBD products that you want to show off to the crowd. We encourage bringing almost anything you can think of! In the past, we’ve had live plants, photo booths, CBD cocktail bars, and even a live falcon at our events. If you have any questions or concerns about what you can or can’t bring, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Q. What about parking?

For most events at the Portland Expo Center, parking is available in the main lot at the cost of $10 per space, per entry, without in and out privileges.

If your vehicle (RV, trailer, or other) takes more than one space, note the charge is per space, per entry.
Exhibitor passes are sold as run-of-show passes only.  Exhibitors can purchase passes for $8 per space, per event day. Exhibitor passes include in and out privileges.

Note for Exhibitors:
Contact your show promoter for any designated exhibitor parking areas and/or procedures for purchasing passes.  In most cases, exhibitor parking is designated behind the Portland Expo Center in the Force Avenue parking lot behind the main entrance. Street access this lot is via N. Marine Drive to Force Ave.  The Expo Campus Map denotes the various parking lots.
